This book makes me want to try all of these smoothies, even though I'm generally an oatmeal and toast kind of guy in the morning! Smoothies, of course, would serve rushed go-to-work types better than me, a stay-at-home work fellow.

These smoothies are not boring at all--a different one of each day of the week. But I wonder how high some of them are in sugar--either the white stuff or from other ingredients like ice cream. The Tuesday Smoothie, Honeydew-Almond, is topnotch. But for vegans or milk-sensitive folks, I'd suggest the author also try out almond and soy milk and tell us how those work. I know he makes that suggestion for us at the close of the book, but he needs to take the initiative "as the smoothie chef!" And I don't like cinnamon, so I'll find something in its place--no problem.

Keep working on more smoothie recipes, Max! Good start.

A clever take on a smoothie recipe book. One recipe for each breakfast day of the week! A couple unique smoothies here, my favorite part is always the pictures in any type of food or cookbook! Hoping the author will do a 30 day smoothie book so I can get even more recipes!

Since the past week, my wife has been all about juicing and she is trying to remove toxins from her body. So, I brought her this book and she absolutely loved it.

There are 7 recipes for 7 days of the week.The author has made sure that each with each recipe, the balance of the nutrients remain optimum. Now guys, these are not just any smoothies but the healthy ones. And have I told you I absolutely loved your smoothie pictures ! YUM !!
I love smoothies and my mom does it for me every day. I read this book and want to try it on my own. I have a busy schedule and don't have enough time to do smoothies for me but this book taught me how make a smoothie fast and easy yet still very delicious. The recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients are healthy. I will make a smoothie every day. I think I can make many smoothies in one day! Two thumbs up!
Delicious recipes and mouth watering photos. An excellent buy at this price point. I'll have to admit that I cheat and drink the Saturday smoothly about 5 days a week -). I have tried all of them though and have to say they are all nutrient packed, easy to make and very tasty.
